Job Summary

As a key member of the ScionHealth team, the Director of Business Development will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives for assigned markets. This role will align market strategies with regional goals, utilizing market intelligence, data, and metrics to create effective market plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives

  • Lead and manage sales and marketing teams to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate referrals and admissions
  • Conduct market assessments to identify potential opportunities and branding equity
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience in a related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clinical licensure (RN, LPN/LVN, RT) preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare/post-acute marketing, sales, and business development
