Job Summary

The HR Services Supervisor is responsible for effectively managing HR inquiries from the firm's lawyers and business professionals. This role oversees the daily operations of the HR Services team, balancing and prioritizing workload, and meeting or exceeding service level agreements and satisfactions goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching, training, mentoring, and professional development to a team of coordinators.
  • Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, ensuring quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
  • Manage the day-to-day work delegation and prioritization of team support.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex requests and an initial point of contact for partners, employees, former employees, and retirees on most transactional HR needs and requests.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HR business processes and systems.
  • Manage the accuracy, accessibility, timeliness, and consistency of HR data.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with HR Centers of Excellence and administrative departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 6 years' relevant work experience.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
