Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects that prioritize community involvement and effective public communications.
  • Craft strategic messaging and develop informative materials for public dissemination.
  • Foster strong client relationships and engage in business development activities.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Engage in new business pursuits by identifying opportunities and assisting in proposal submissions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related discipline.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in the communications sector.
  • Proven project management capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional writing skills for business and public information documents.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality products and services.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and delegate effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Excellent skills in marketing, communication, and presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for meetings and events.
  • Physical capability to lift and transport meeting supplies up to 20 pounds.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $128,000.
