  • Provide technical support and maintenance for HR electronic systems, including implementation, ongoing support, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain user guides and training materials to ensure end-user proficiency.
  • Set system security levels and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Assist with job description maintenance and project work as assigned.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR systems.

Requirements:

  • Two years' experience as an HRIS Analyst required.
  • Two years' experience with Workday HCM required.
  • Strong understanding of full-service HR lifecycle and HR application administration.
  • Advanced skill in Excel and strong report writing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
