HRIS Analyst

About the Role

Montage Health is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Analyst to join our team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our Human Resources function across multiple applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HR electronic systems, including setting security levels and developing user guides.
• Provide technical support services, report writing, and data analytics to staff and managers.
• Manage electronic information efficiently and effectively, including developing and maintaining user guides and training end users.
• Provide general HR support, including statistical analysis and reporting, job description maintenance, and project work as assigned.

Requirements

• Two years' experience as an HRIS Analyst required.
• Two years' experience with Workday HCM required.
• Understanding of full-service HR lifecycle required.
• Strong background in HR application administration and/or use required.
• Advanced skill in Excel required.
• Strong report writing skills required.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
