Job Title: Data Analyst

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions.

About the Opportunity:

As a Data Analyst at Booz Allen, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different industries, analyzing and interpreting large data sets to identify trends and insights. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop data-driven solutions to address their challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate data insights to clients
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience with data analysis and visualization
  • 4+ years of experience working with Python and SQL
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and how to apply them to large datasets
  • Ability to develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of building data pipelines and ETL tools
  • Possession of strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or Mathematics

Compensation:

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.

Work Model:

Our people-first culture prioritizes the benefits of flexibility and collaboration, whether that happens in person or remotely. If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you'll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility. If this position is listed as onsite, you'll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role.
