Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. The successful candidate will provide timely support for user-identified errors and system alarms and alerts, troubleshooting and restoring technical service and equipment incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for end-users, analyzing and diagnosing faults and symptoms using established processes and procedures.
  • Escalate issues as necessary and maintain frequent interaction with all types of end-user customers.
  • Order, track, and receive hardware/equipment as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years or equivalent educational experience in an Information Technology service role.
  • Active Directory experience creating/deleting/moving user accounts.
  • Understanding of Windows 10.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees.
  • Ability to provide on-site and remote support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as A+, Net +, Sec + or related.
  • Asset management experience of ordering, receiving hardware.
  • Experience supporting a large environment (1000+ end users).

Compensation and Benefits:

$25/hour to $28/hour. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
