Program Overview:

The Training Manager role is part of a structured program designed to cultivate future leaders within Compass Group. This program combines practical operational experiences with leadership training, delivered through a blend of self-directed and hands-on learning. As a Training Manager, you will engage in comprehensive training at a designated location, while also participating in the Accelerated Manager Program (AMP), which provides a robust framework for developing essential management skills and expanding your professional network.

Support Structure:

Participants in the program will receive guidance from program sponsors, site managers, and team members who are committed to sharing best practices and supporting your development into an exceptional manager. Successful completion of the program may lead to relocation opportunities within your designated region.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • One year of relevant work or internship experience
  • Strong financial understanding, including profit and loss management
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks
  • Basic knowledge of contract management and client relations
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and departmental policies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid Driver's License
