The primary responsibility of the Training and Compliance Supervisor is to oversee and enhance employee onboarding and compliance initiatives while maintaining a top-tier training program. This role involves supervising a team to ensure adherence to compliance standards, best practices, and customer service metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the Training and Compliance Unit.
  • Provide comprehensive training for new and existing employees.
  • Monitor team performance to ensure standards are met.
  • Keep procedures updated and accessible for all staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies.
  • Support staff as needed.

Process Improvement:

  • Regularly assess staff work for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Revise and draft policies as necessary.

Communication:

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service.
  • Collaborate across various departments to improve training and compliance systems.

Training Development:

  • Create and manage a yearly training calendar.
  • Promote training opportunities internally and externally.
  • Monitor training participation and certificate distribution.
  • Maintain relationships with training vendors statewide.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of training experience related to DDD.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong technical skills, particularly in Excel and various databases.
  • Reliable transportation for travel to various locations.
  • Ability to obtain necessary clearances and meet hiring requirements.
