About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Relations Analyst to join our team at Snider Fleet Solutions. As a key member of our Customer Relations team, you will be responsible for providing financial, administrative, and customer support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process National Account purchase transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Work closely with National Account Tire vendors to resolve billing disputes and ensure accurate invoicing
  • Perform daily data entry for manual credits and handle error rejects
  • Collaborate with administrative staff to discuss and resolve disputes regarding national accounts
  • Interact with the sales team to ensure correct system processing and with accounting to discuss general ledger codes
  • Analyze received inventory and examine for negative inventory for invoices and DRs
  • Develop and implement new system processes and techniques as needed, working closely with the IT team
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • 2 years of similar experience a plus
  • Strong analytical and logistical skills, with basic knowledge of Excel and experience with Word and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a team-oriented and goal-driven approach
