Customer Relations Analyst Job Description

At Snider Fleet Solutions, we value dedication and hard work. We're seeking a talented Customer Relations Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process National Account purchase transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work closely with National Account Tire vendors to resolve billing disputes.
  • Perform daily data entry for manual credits and handle error rejects.
  • Interact with administrative staff, sales team, and accounting to ensure correct system processing and general ledger codes.
  • Collaborate with inventory departments to analyze received inventory and identify negative inventory for invoices and DRs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • 2 years of similar experience a plus.
  • Strong analytical and logistical skills, as well as basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
