About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Lines Client Service Manager to join our growing team at GGB - Global. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, providing expert advice and guidance on risk management and insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide top-notch service to existing clients, identifying and assessing their needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Policy Management: Answer questions related to policy endorsements, acquiring inspections or appraisals, remarketing, and other policy-related matters.
  • Claims Support: Research and respond to inquiries via phone, client walk-ins, chat, and email to provide policy and/or claims information and work diligently to come up with a resolution.
  • Sales and Business Development: Discuss different types of policies, including auto, homeowners, and umbrella policies, and secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within the Gallagher system, and use Gallagher's technology such as Applied Epic to improve productivity and quality.
  • Time Management: Effectively manage multiple competing priorities on a daily basis.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Active Producer's license.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
Nice to Have
  • Experience: 1+ years of prior experience providing client-facing customer service.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Currently licensed in P&C OR ability to obtain licensing within 90 days of hire.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
