Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the office team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Coordinate crew and job scheduling, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
- Perform accurate and detailed data entry, maintaining high levels of data integrity
- Assist other departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and customers
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
