Job Overview

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking dedicated Quality Inspectors for immediate full-time positions.

Reporting Structure

Reports to the Site Supervisor or Site Leads.

Key Responsibilities

The Quality Inspector serves as an unbiased intermediary between the manufacturing source and the client facility, ensuring that products adhere to established standards.

Operational Duties
  • Conduct quality inspections and audits on incoming materials using manual gaging and visual assessment techniques to verify compliance with specifications.
  • Isolate non-conforming components and/or sub-assemblies.
  • Address non-conforming materials through rework, sorting, or scrapping as directed by the Team Leader.
  • Employ techniques such as de-rusting, grinding, drilling, tapping, assembly, and disassembly to correct non-conforming materials.
  • Identify the necessary tools and equipment for tasks.
  • Utilize hand tools or machinery to grind, sand, clean, and lubricate parts and/or sub-assemblies.
Communication & Reporting

Effectively communicate inspection results to management, supervisors, and production sources.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in using basic hand tools such as gages, drills, taps, grinders, and sanders for the repair and maintenance of parts and/or sub-assemblies.
  • Utilize the company portal for time tracking and policy acknowledgment.
Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capacity to coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Proactive in recognizing and addressing needs.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Physical capability to lift or move up to 30 pounds.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year in a quality-related role.
  • Basic understanding of materials and production processes.
  • Familiarity with quality control methodologies.
Educational Background
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
