Job Overview:
The Manufacturing Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various activities within the manufacturing environment. This includes:
- Organizing all operational schedules within the shop, including press, inspection, and production timelines.
- Managing the procurement of parts for both engineering and production builds.
- Ensuring the availability of all necessary consumables and tools required for shop operations.
- Coordinating the logistics for shipments originating from the shop.
- Conducting all mandated inspections and maintenance for equipment such as hoists, cranes, and forklifts.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assisting with assembly and disassembly processes.
- Participating in inspections and operational testing.
- Taking ownership of specific tests to ensure workload balance.
Educational Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with 8-10 years of experience in engineering or production roles.
Essential Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in navigating ordering and scheduling systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.

- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Basic project management skills with the capability to prioritize tasks.
