Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team at the Community Renewal Team (CRT). As a key member of our Energy department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing fuel authorizations, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide customers with accurate and helpful information regarding our programs and services.
  • Refer customers to appropriate program or departmental staff as needed.
  • Process fuel authorizations and schedule appointments with customers.
  • Complete call logs and reports to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to two years of office experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong data entry skills and ability to type at least 45-50 wpm.
