Purpose of Job:

As a key member of the Route 92 Medical team, the Area Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales and customer support of all products and services within a defined geography or designated accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth within assigned territories or accounts.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Assign territories or accounts to sales professionals and set sales goals for each.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen the company culture and enhance customer relationships.
  • Monitor competition and gather market information to inform sales strategies.
  • Recommend changes to products, services, and policies based on market analysis and customer feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and customer support, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of products and services, as well as industry trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Preferred Skills:
  • Current knowledge of Route 92 Medical products and services.
  • Experience with sales and customer support software and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
