Regional Sales Director

As a key member of the Route 92 Medical team, the Area Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales and customer support of all products and services within a defined geography or designated accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth within assigned territories or accounts.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure sales goals are met.
- Assign territories or accounts to sales professionals and set sales goals for each.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen the company culture and enhance customer relationships.
- Monitor competition and gather market information to inform sales strategies.
- Recommend changes to products, services, and policies based on market analysis and customer feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and customer support, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of products and services, as well as industry trends and customer needs.
- Excellent management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Current knowledge of Route 92 Medical products and services.
- Experience with sales and customer support software and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
