Implementation Project Manager

Promise Co. is revolutionizing the financial landscape for low-income households. As an Implementation Project Manager, you'll own customer implementations of our game-changing products, driving tangible social impact by deploying our software for those who need it most.
This role demands high ownership, a customer-driven mindset, and a commitment to working hard to ensure customer project success. You'll ensure efficient planning, initiation, and execution of product implementations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project management, coordinating efforts across diverse teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of innovative FinTech solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure project alignment and success.
- Develop and implement project plans aligned with business objectives, leveraging your strategic consulting background to drive impactful outcomes.
- Utilize analytical skills to monitor project performance, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for continuous improvement.
- 5 years of experience in managing implementation projects, ideally in a customer-facing role.
- Experience in management consulting for diverse customer archetypes and organizational cultures, with the ability to adapt seamlessly to their specific needs.
- Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) and productivity tools (e.g., JIRA), as well as experience creating effective tracking systems from scratch.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
- A proactive, low-ego approach to problem-solving and a willingness to tackle tasks of any size to ensure project success.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to drive customer outcomes.
