Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at The Christman Company. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing and leading project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage project documentation, including reports, minutes, and other relevant documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in commercial construction.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
