Key Responsibilities:

This role involves welcoming incoming callers and scheduling appointments for our services. You will assist in a consistently professional, friendly, and prompt manner, accurately conveying information to both external and internal customers by utilizing scripts and other resources to secure appointments for our technicians.

Core Duties:
  • Respond to all calls with urgency and professionalism
  • Ensure customer needs are met consistently through effective call handling
  • Achieve call center goals related to appointment setting
  • Utilize existing tools, scripts, and systems consistently for booking appointments
  • Adhere to departmental procedures to maintain high sales standards
  • Log into systems promptly
  • Conduct follow-up calls to customers to assess satisfaction with services provided by technicians
  • Review invoices to confirm that technicians have entered accurate payment and information for accounting purposes

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED

Salary Description

$24.00 hourly
