Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Developmental Specialist to join our team at the Kennedy-Donovan Center. This role involves working with families to identify their child's developmental needs and creating personalized plans to support their growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, experience working with children under 5 years old, and excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree in one of the specified fields is required, along with 300+ hours of experience in the field. Bilingualism in Spanish/English is a plus.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm, with flexibility to create your own schedule for home visits.
