Job Overview

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive estimated salary of $45,000-$55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8th grade education and be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding residents as needed.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as toileting, transferring, and ambulation.
  • Monitor vital signs, report changes in condition to nursing staff, and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans and goals.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing.
  • Minimum of 8th grade education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or gerontology preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
