Key Responsibilities

As a Pediatric Support Specialist, you will partner with families to identify each child's strengths and developmental needs. You will work closely with a transdisciplinary team on program planning and delivery of services, overseeing case management and referral services to assigned caseloads.

An estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. You will need a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Infants and toddlers, Child development or child studies, Education or special education, Psychology, as well as a minimum of 300 hours of experience working with children under the age of 5.

You will also be responsible for conducting home visits, facilitating parent/child and/or child groups, and completing reports of assessments, progress reports, IFSPs, and discharge summaries.
