Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-home, consultative sales meetings with both company-generated and self-sourced residential leads. These leads consist of homeowners seeking alternatives to their current energy expenses and who may not have previously engaged with a trustworthy solar provider. Given the evolving solar landscape, successful candidates will become well-versed not only in solar technology but also in comprehensive home efficiency and battery backup solutions. Your ability to market effectively and connect with potential clients, even those who may be unfamiliar with solar options, will be crucial.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We seek individuals who can:

  • Engage in door-to-door outreach and facilitate sales consultations
  • Conduct and finalize sales meetings with homeowners, educating them on the benefits of solar energy and backup systems
  • Participate in regular team training sessions
  • Develop a customer service and follow-up strategy that impresses clients
  • Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly performance goals

Qualifications:

  • Active State Home Improvement Sales (HIS) License is required (candidates without a license will be considered for other roles)
  • Minimum of 1 year of HIS Sales Experience is mandatory
  • Flexible full-time availability (up to 40 hours per week)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply)
  • Completion of relevant Sales and Technician Training is necessary
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation are essential
