Role Summary:
The Patient Services Advocate II acts as a representative of AltaMed, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patients. This role is essential in fostering a positive front office experience by managing patient expectations with empathy and respect.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, facilitating effective communication.
- Assist in the delivery of patient-centered care, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance the overall patient experience.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, reception, or a similar role is necessary; 1-2 years is preferred.
- BLS certification is mandatory.
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese is highly desirable.

Compensation:
