Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
- Lead and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
- Coach and train Beauty Advisors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with the Sales Team Manager and Store Manager to develop and implement sales plans and promotions
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, product knowledge, and sales skills
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies
- 3-5 years of retail experience, with a minimum of 1-3 years in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and implement corrective actions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
