Early Childhood Educator (GA only)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at KinderCare Education. As a Pre K Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our young learners and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each child, aligning with state-specific requirements and our curriculum.
  • Collaborate with parents to ensure seamless communication and provide exceptional care and education for their children.
  • Contribute to the success of our centers by working closely with staff and leadership to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Foster positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners, promoting a culture of mutual respect and trust.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre-K requirements, ensuring you possess the necessary expertise to excel in this role.
  • Meet state-specific guidelines for the position, guaranteeing you have the necessary qualifications and certifications.
  • Ability to engage physically with children and handle various tasks, demonstrating your capacity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English, enabling you to effectively interact with colleagues, parents, and children.
