As a Capital Expenditures Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating equipment needs between Operations Engineering and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with new product teams to facilitate product launches and ongoing support activities.
  • Assess the implications of cycle time modifications and adjust forecasts as necessary.
  • Confirm demands and guide the business team to ensure timely equipment delivery.
  • Engage with relevant business and procurement teams to secure vendor support for setup, installation, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Develop comprehensive project budgets, compile budget requests, and create capitalization plans aligned with project timelines.
  • Adapt swiftly to changes in overall objectives, schedules, or architecture, driving cross-functional teams towards consensus on requirements and evaluating the value of changes requested by OEMs or internal teams.
  • Provide regular monthly and quarterly updates on budget status and capitalization plans.
  • Effectively communicate the overall equipment status to management.
  • Travel as necessary to support initial project planning.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a solid understanding of finance.
  • Exceptional communication, multitasking, and management capabilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree or MBA or equivalent experience is advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits:

At Apple, base pay is just one component of our comprehensive compensation package, which is determined within a range. This structure allows for growth and development within your role.

The base pay range for this position is between $122,300 and $184,600, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in our discretionary employee stock programs, including eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and discounted stock purchases through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments, as well as relocation assistance.
