Marine District Boat Launch Operator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marine District Boat Launch Operator and Seasonal Maintenance and Repair Technician. This is a limited duration position that requires a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on DEEP fleet boats and equipment, including routine preventative maintenance, cleaning of tools and equipment, and parts pickup.
- Assist with the operation of a sawmill, operating brush cutters, wood chippers, and other equipment as needed.
- Perform work related to the maintenance and operation of DEEP boat launches, dams, and managed lands and facilities, including mowing, trimming, building cleaning, custodial, and litter pickup.
- Work in adverse weather conditions and perform heavy lifting as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform the duties of the class.
- College training in a specific field.
- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification.
- American Red Cross (ARC) Lifeguarding Certification.
