Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes that improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes that meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and processes.
  • Lead Kaizen teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience as a manufacturing engineer in an HVAC environment is desired.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
