Key Responsibilities:
Analysts are the backbone of the Analytics team.

They gather and organize data from various sources to provide actionable insights that drive business improvements. Analysts create insightful presentations and reports that effectively communicate findings to our clients.

Working closely with their Manager or Senior Analyst, they learn efficient data management techniques and develop the skills necessary to become proficient storytellers.

Qualifications:
- B.A. or B.S. in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing/Advertising, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience with large data sets or quantitative analysis
- Agency experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Digital Media and Marketing/Advertising industries is advantageous
- Proficiency in Python and R programming languages
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfort in presenting work to small groups or over the phone
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into creative solutions with diligence and urgency
- Knowledge of digital media metrics (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, CPM, etc.)
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Experience with analytics tools and relational databases (Google Analytics, SQL, MS Access)
- Advanced Excel skills, including macros, complex formulas, and pivot tables
- Knowledge of Python and other programming languages

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 annually. This range reflects the company's belief regarding compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on the applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as the position's requirements. The company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Benefits include medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
