Opportunity Overview

The Mitchell Agency protects families with various insurance products, including life, whole life, mortgage protection, annuities, and index universal life insurance. Our leads system provides warm leads, eliminating the need for cold calling. If you're not licensed, our fast-track licensing program will help you get licensed quickly and start earning money.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Research and find suitable insurance products from our 40+ A-rated carriers to protect new and existing clients.
  • Contact potential clients to schedule consultations (phone or Zoom).
  • Maintain communication with carriers and clients until they are protected.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail skills.
  • Coaching ability and willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivation and accountability, as you'll be working independently.
  • Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
Compensation and Benefits

Part-time agents can earn approximately $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year, while full-time agents can make around $80,000-$190,000+. Experienced agency owners may generate passive income of $200,000-$500,000+ annually.

Bonus Opportunities:

  • Typical commissions range from $500-$1000+ per family helped.
  • Ongoing promotions and incentives, including extra cash bonuses.
