Product Marketing Manager - Brand

Capital One is seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to drive business goals for Capital One Slingshot. The Product Marketing charter makes our product lines successful in the market and with customers.

The ideal candidate will be a champion of our customers, defining end-to-end GTM strategy for their product areas, including all messaging, positioning, launch planning, and Sales enablement. They will be experts in our customers and products, using their expertise to influence the product roadmap.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of customer needs and the product to empower our sellers with the right content to create opportunities and develop prospecting campaigns to strengthen the sales pipeline.
  • Mapping the customer purchase journey and applying skills to optimize customer conversions.
  • Building on Capital One's pioneering adoption of modern cloud and data capabilities, Capital One Software is a new business dedicated to helping accelerate the data management journey at scale for businesses operating in the cloud.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in a product marketing role
  • At least 2 years of experience marketing SaaS products or services

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 5 or more years of experience in a product marketing role
  • 3 or more years of experience marketing B2B SaaS products or services
  • Experience in highly cross-functional and matrixed teams
