Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in initiatives to enhance client and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of assigned locations, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Support management duties as assigned, fostering a professional image and approach.
  • Courteously assist customers, providing exceptional service.
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment, as well as general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
  • Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
  • Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and other hazards.
  • Be prepared to substitute for any position, if necessary.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area.
  • Complete other duties as needed.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, maintaining a positive attitude and responding to requests for service and assistance.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, deal with change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Sound and accurate judgment.
  • A valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, you'll frequently be required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, and talk. You'll occasionally need to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. You must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
