Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team at AT&T Stadium. As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth parking experience for event attendees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ticket sales transactions with customers
  • Count and match sales/parking receipts with supporting documentation and submit to the lot supervisor at the end of the shift
  • Keep parking areas clean and orderly, patrolling to prevent vehicle damage or property theft
  • Direct motorists to parking areas or spaces, using hand signals or flashlights as necessary
  • Perform vehicle counts to ensure the garage does not overfill available spaces
  • Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed, providing assistance to customers who have forgotten where they parked
  • Lift equipment up to 15lb to open or close parking areas as necessary
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid Texas driver's license (or valid license in state of residence for out-of-state college students)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Sales/retail experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, including a drug test
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, late night, and weekend shifts, including holidays and game days
  • Possess basic mathematical skills and aptitude
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (usual shifts range 3-9 hours)
  • Possess an outgoing and enthusiastic personality
  • Demonstrates active listening, quick problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with customer situations, complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and non-confrontational manner
Working Conditions

Work is performed entirely outdoors for extended periods, subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather. Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but employees are advised to be prepared for unexpected weather changes.
