Front Desk Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: Connelly School of the Holy Child is a Catholic, college preparatory school dedicated to the intellectual, spiritual, artistic, physical, and social development of young women. The school prioritizes academic challenge, the joy of learning, and the education of well-rounded women of faith and action. Our community welcomes students and families from diverse backgrounds and faiths, following the philosophy of our founder Cornelia Connelly, which emphasizes the uniqueness of each individual and a commitment to service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Organize and maintain the front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and managing correspondence.
- Train and mentor fellow interns or new front desk staff as needed.
- Support special projects and events as assigned by the front office supervisor.
Requirements:
- Current Junior and Senior students at Connelly School of the Holy Child who were previously employed as a Front Desk Receptionist Student Intern.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with technology.
- A friendly and professional demeanor, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
