Job Summary

Connelly School of the Holy Child is seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, students, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, copying, and organizing documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative support preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
