Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Solutions Expert to join our team at Rose International. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our members, partners, and plan sponsors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members on a variety of topics, including product inquiries and general account questions.
  • Interpret and apply changes and enhancements to new and old products, based on daily change communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow a process of documentation to support our strategy of knowing our members better than anyone.
  • Ensure compliance with FINRA rules and regulations, as well as client policies and state and local laws.
  • Provide educational support to customers on tax implications, penalties, surrender charges, death benefit protection, lifetime income, capital preservation, and benefits related to plans and contracts.
  • Analyze problems to determine proper courses of action and strive for first-time final resolution, working with internal partners as needed.
  • Develop and grow through monthly individual meetings with leadership to set career path strategies and achieve success in the role and future opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • One year of experience in customer service, sales-related occupations.
  • Knowledge of various insurance products and the sales process.
  • Solid understanding of state and local laws necessary to understand the legal implications of certain product features in different states.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and common office software.
  • Ability to understand general aspects of plans and contracts and utilize technology to enhance conversations with customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, and communications.
  • Industry designations such as ChFC, CLU.
  • FINRA series 6 and/or 26 licenses.
