- Technical Expertise: Proven ability to design and explain technical solutions to both business and technical audiences, with a solid understanding of multi-tier highly available web applications, architecture methodologies, and data center infrastructure components.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and prospects.
- Competitive Compensation: Annualized salary range of $109,000 - $129,000, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
- Discretionary Bonus: Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal and company performance.
