Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team at IVA'AL Solutions, LLC. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing clinical counseling services to adults and children experiencing family violence. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to assess families referred for suspected maltreatment and treat individuals, families, and groups whose maltreatment allegation(s) met criteria for maltreatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide voluntary, comprehensive prevention services to families to prevent the occurrence of family maltreatment.
  • Provide voluntary prevention counseling to individuals, families, or groups who are at risk for maltreatment.
  • Direct the development and implementation of secondary prevention services and provide community behavioral health education and family violence education/prevention training.
Requirements
  • Master's degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the independent level with current, unrestricted State license.
  • Two years' full-time post-master's degree experience providing clinical counseling services to adults and children experiencing family violence.
  • Experience as a group therapy facilitator or co-leader.
  • Ability to obtain privileges at the Military Treatment Facility (MTF).
  • Basic Life Support Certification (Course C).
  • Valid drivers' license and reliable transportation.
Technical Skills
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry skills to create and maintain clinical records.
  • Ability to utilize Family Advocacy System of Records or Family Advocacy Program Network computer software to document client visits and treatment.
Work Environment

This role requires standard office equipment and occasional travel may be required. The majority of travel will be one-night stays, and some personnel may be asked to provide services for 2-3 weeks.
