Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker I to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and counseling to patients and families, as well as coordinate discharge planning and maintain accurate clinical records.

Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and counseling to patients and families
  • Coordinate discharge planning and maintain accurate clinical records
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Assist with referrals for financial assistance and supportive services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work
  • Active Social Worker license in the State of Nevada (LSW or LAFW)
  • Obtain BLS within 90 days of hire and maintain current certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum one (1) year Inpatient or Outpatient Behavioral Health experience
