- Work on-call/first call, as needed, to provide support and assistance to families and colleagues.
- Utilize systems to review merchandise options, enter contracts, and complete necessary forms.
- Direct employees to ensure they meet high standards of professionalism and service level.
- Maintain open and effective communication with families, colleagues, and corporate support.
- Participate in community events, groups, and organizations to build relationships and promote the company's mission.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- The duties associated with this position are generally performed in an indoor office setting, with occasional outdoor duties that may require exposure to natural elements.
- Must have sufficient strength, manual dexterity, and willingness to work safely and comply with the Company's safety procedures.
- Employees in this role are regularly required to climb, sit, stand, bend, kneel, and frequently lift up to 75 pounds, and may be required to lift up to 100 pounds.
- Performance of this position's duties may also require power reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- This position's duties require routine exposure to chemicals and/or blood-borne pathogens.
- Must be able to drive a company vehicle and maintain a good driving record, and be insurable under company vehicle insurance.
