Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Coordinator to join our team at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. The successful candidate will provide support to the ANEW Program traineeship participants and programming throughout the lifecycle of this HRSA funded project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Director and Coordinator of Grants
  • Work closely with grant team, community partners, and participants to ensure the goals of the grant are met
  • Assist with program development, implementation, and evaluation
  • Coordinate training and educational activities for program participants
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Two years of experience in management, leadership, marketing, or general business
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three years of experience in management, leadership, marketing, or general business
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field
