Area Sales Manager

Expansive, a dynamic and innovative co-working office space provider, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team in Pittsburgh. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Conduct tours and presentations to showcase our office spaces and services, with a focus on converting prospects into customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, partnerships, and commercial real estate brokers to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive and innovative.
  • Effectively manage our CRM system to track sales progress and customer interactions.
  • Proactively manage renewal strategies to maximize retention and center profitability.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Proven sales leadership and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • College degree preferred, but not required.
