Area Sales Manager Opportunity

Expansive, a dynamic and innovative co-working office space provider, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team in Pittsburgh. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Conduct tours and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our co-working office space.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, partnerships, and commercial real estate brokers to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure our sales approach remains competitive and effective.
  • Manage and maintain our CRM system to track sales progress and customer interactions.
  • Proactively manage the renewal strategy to maximize retention and drive center profitability.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Proven sales leadership and management skills, with a track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and objection handling skills, with the ability to close deals and drive sales.
  • Customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
