Job Summary:

We are actively hiring for a sales consultant position at our Schaumburg Subaru location. As a sales consultant, you will receive training for certification from Subaru and support from our in-store management team. Our managers have been promoted from sales consultants and offer years of experience to guide you on your career path.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively demonstrate vehicles to customers
  • Utilize our CRM tool to optimize sales effectiveness
  • Assist customers in completing sales documents
  • Follow the sales process as defined by management
  • Develop a successful referral network
  • Complete manufacturer-specific training as needed
  • Enhance customer ownership experience by reintroducing them to vehicle technology and features

Requirements:

  • High energy and enthusiasm throughout the sales workday
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills
  • Proven sales and/or customer service track record
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Valid driver's license

Work Schedule:

  • 10-hour and 8-hour shifts
  • Weekend availability

Compensation:

  • $70,000 - $125,000 annual salary

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Sales experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)
