In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with achieving revenue goals, overseeing a sales team, and mentoring them towards success. This is an exciting opportunity to establish and shape a new team while delivering outstanding results. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee both inside and outside sales representatives
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients
- Engage in travel for meetings and appointments with potential and current clients
- Achieve or surpass assigned sales objectives
- Formulate and execute a robust sales strategy
- Maintain detailed records of leads, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system
- Employ effective negotiation and sales techniques to finalize deals
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in selling IT consulting solutions to corporate and governmental clients
- Exceptional negotiation and customer service abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- A proactive attitude with a persistent approach
- Experience in selling services related to Adobe, Workday, or Cybersecurity is highly advantageous
