Position Overview
Nextrow Digital is in search of a dynamic sales manager to drive our impressive growth trajectory. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with achieving revenue goals, overseeing a sales team, and mentoring them towards success. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee both inside and outside sales representatives
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients
  • Engage in travel for meetings and appointments with potential and current clients
  • Achieve or surpass assigned sales objectives
  • Formulate and execute a robust sales strategy
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Employ effective negotiation and sales techniques to finalize deals
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in selling IT consulting solutions to corporate and governmental clients
  • Exceptional negotiation and customer service abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • A proactive attitude with a persistent approach
  • Experience in selling services related to Adobe, Workday, or Cybersecurity is highly advantageous
