About this Opportunity:
The Senior Employee Experience Generalist will support D.A. Blodgett - St. John's by implementing and administering human resource programs and policies. This role will assist the Vice President of Employee Experience with all internal and external HR related matters, serving as a primary point of HR contact for employees in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and administer human resource programs and policies.
- Assist the Vice President of Employee Experience with all internal and external HR related matters.
- Serve as a primary point of HR contact for employees in the organization.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- SHRM or PHR certification obtained within one year of hire.
- Two or more years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and human resources software.
