About this Opportunity:

The Senior Employee Experience Generalist will support D.A. Blodgett - St. John's by implementing and administering human resource programs and policies. This role will assist the Vice President of Employee Experience with all internal and external HR related matters, serving as a primary point of HR contact for employees in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and administer human resource programs and policies.
  • Assist the Vice President of Employee Experience with all internal and external HR related matters.
  • Serve as a primary point of HR contact for employees in the organization.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • SHRM or PHR certification obtained within one year of hire.
  • Two or more years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and human resources software.
