About this Opportunity

The Sr. Employee Experience Generalist will support D.A. Blodgett – St. John's by implementing and administering human resource programs and policies. This role will assist the Vice President of Employee Experience with all internal and external HR related matters, serving as a primary point of HR contact for employees in the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and administer human resource programs and policies
  • Assist the Vice President of Employee Experience with all internal and external HR related matters
  • Serve as a primary point of HR contact for employees in the organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required
  • SHRM or PHR certification obtained within one year of hire
  • Two or more years of experience in Human Resources
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and human resources software
