At the State of Iowa, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of ECI Family Support Technical Assistant Coordinator. This position is responsible for providing technical assistance to state-funded family support home visitation programs, ensuring fidelity and quality of services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical assistance to state-funded affiliate programs to ensure fidelity of the affiliate models.
- Develop and implement guidance documents and policy for optimal practice and efficient operations.
- Conduct quality assurance compliance reviews for state-funded affiliate programs to ensure continuous quality improvement measures are met.
- Assist with local technical assistance for Early Childhood Iowa areas as needed or requested.
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with major coursework in nursing, a human services or health-oriented field, or education, or nutrition.
- Three years of professional experience in these areas.
- Master's degree in nursing, public health or science, a human services or health-oriented field, or education may be substituted for one year of the required experience.
- Certification as a paramedic and the equivalent of three years of full-time experience as a paramedic may also be considered.
